State Authorization Status:


Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). SARA is an agreement among member states, districts and territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate postsecondary distance education and allows reciprocity facilitating the enrollment of students in online courses offered by SARA member institutions. The map below provides details about our current state authorization status in all 50 states. Students are responsible for verifying program authorization status and licensure requirements in their intended state of residence or practice.

AMERICAN SAMOA
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPPhas submitted several regulatory compliance inquiries to the state but a response is still pending. Current and prospective students pursuing programs leading to licensure or professional certification are encouraged and responsible for verifying with their intended state of residence or practice that our program meets licensure/certification requirements prior to enrolling.

CALIFORNIA
As a non-profit institution without a physical presence in the state, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP is exempt from registration/authorization from the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). Current and prospective students pursuing programs leading to licensure or professional certification are encouraged and responsible for verifying with their intended state of residence or practice that our program meets licensure/certification requirements prior to enrolling.

GUAM
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP does not have a physical presence in Guam. Therefore, Authorization is not required by the Guam Council on Post-secondary Institution Certification. Current and prospective students pursuing programs leading to licensure or professional certification are encouraged and responsible for verifying with their intended state of residence or practice that our program meets licensure/certification requirements prior to enrolling.

NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS
