The women’s team is 4-0-0 and 2-0-0 in Great Lakes Valley Conference action to start the year. This is the best start for the Saints in the Division II era and the best start since the 2006 team started the season with five consecutive victories.
Alex Johnson聽is pacing the Saints offense with four goals and nine points in the campaign and has three game-winning goals to her credit.聽Madison Schmied聽and聽Stacie Muehling聽are anchoring a Saints defense that has given up one goal on the season.
The ninth-ranked men’s team is off to the best start in program history with a record of 6-0-0 and is currently 3-0-0 in GLVC play. They are also the top team in the United Soccer Coaches Midwest Regional rankings.
Braden Johnson leads the 丝瓜视频APPoffense with four goals on the year while Ben Brodie and Grady Schliepsiek have three goals each. Iwan Webster and Liam Walraven key the Saints defensive unit which has allowed only three goals on the year. 丝瓜视频APPhas surrendered just 10 shots on goal through six games.
