Touhill is a recipient of the \u201cOutstanding Women of Missouri\u201d award presented by the Missouri Women\u2019s Council and the first woman to be named \u201cSt. Louis Citizen of the Year.\u201d<\/p>\n

She will be interviewed by Marylen Mann, founder of OASIS. Debra Hollingsworth, former vice president of external affairs for AT&T and chair of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP\u2019s Women and Leadership Advisory Council, will emcee the event.<\/p>\n
