How to Apply<\/h2>\n

Registration will open at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 26th<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Review the projects available below.
\nStep 2:<\/strong> Choose a project or two you would be interested in volunteering for. It is always good to have a backup in case your project fills up.
\nStep 3:<\/strong> Click on the project you would like to register for. You will find the application at the bottom of the project\u2019s page.
\nStep 4:<\/strong> Once you complete the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Read over the email and note and important information.
\nStep 5:<\/strong> Fill out the required 2024 Travel Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement at https:\/\/getinvolvedmu.maryville.edu\/submitter\/form\/start\/637524<\/a>. This is REQUIRED for all participants.

American Parkinson Disease Association- PT Students<\/a><\/td>(Project only for 5th or 6th year PT students) Students will lead a workshop for people living with Parkinson Disease and their CarePartners on how to get up safely from the floor. Animal House Cat Shelter<\/a><\/td>This project will involve cleaning up our shelter, and making over our lobby area so that it is more cat friendly. The clean-up part will include sanitizing our floors and walls using our steam mop. The lobby makeover will involve painting, making and\/or installing shelving and making and\/or installing cat windows. Anti-Cruelty DIY Pet Toys<\/a><\/td>Volunteers will help make DIY pet toys to be sent to animal shelters around the state.<\/td>9:30am-3:30pm<\/td>Madison Mueller<\/td>30\/30<\/td><\/tr>
ArchCity Defenders<\/a><\/td>Volunteers will help prepare donor packets, gifts, and write notecards to thank donors. Track completed activity in Excel spreadsheet. Could include some calls to donor.<\/td>10:00am-12:00pm<\/td>Soad Salem<\/td>6\/6<\/td><\/tr>
