The BEST Connections program provides new employees with a way to lean about the Strategic Plan and Core Values while connecting with colleagues across campus in an engaging and interactive atmosphere over the course of the first year of employment.
Each quarter, new employees will attend a “Retreat” facilitated by campus leader(s) centered on one of the facets of the Strategic Plan
